Dr. Nadia Politi Presents at FirEUrisk Pilot Site Demonstration Event

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Nadia Politi from Our Lab Climate EREL delivered an insightful presentation at the fifth Pilot Site Demonstration Event of FirEUrisk. The event, hosted by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), took place on the 12th of June from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EEST time zone).

Dr. Politi’s talk focused on two critical areas:

• Fire Weather Projections in the Context of Climate Change Scenarios
• Seasonal Fire Weather Products

The event aimed to present project findings relevant to the East Attica Pilot Site, contributing to a better understanding and management of fire weather risks in the context of evolving climate conditions.
